The California Coastal Commission has produced two very useful resources: an app (also available as a web app), and the guide books. Unfortunately, the app is iOS only, and looking a little out of date. It is still functional and the information is current, just a little bare-bones and kind of old fashioned; it could use a refresh. Perfection functional still though, for now.
As a back up, the Commission has added scans of the guidebooks to the Internet Archive! And, those are deep linkable.
One other feature is the GIS California Coastal Trail (CCT) Map Viewer.
