Ongoing reading projects
These are books that I plan to take my time with. Maybe years.
- Complete Essays by Montaigne.
- The Syntopicon - So dense with ideas.
- Basic Economics by Sowell.
- Collected Fictions and Selected Non-fictions by Borges.
What I’m doing
- Notes.
- Several photographs. While walking, hiking, and riding. And at the beach. I’ve been trying to think more about what I’m doing with these, and to notice the patterns in my collected photographs.
- Field recordings.
- (bullet-ish) journal; this has really been taking off lately (12/23-05/24). This has been my most successful project so far. Now I am layering on more re-reading of older notes too.

Still lower on the cooking rate, work has been busy.
- Grapefruit-ade.

- Delicious in Dungeon, on Netflix. After episode 8 this really goes very much not a kids show.
- What we do in the shadows, on Hulu
- The Bear, on Hulu. This show is very stress/anxiety inducing.
- NCIS, on Netflix.
- Martijn Doolaard’s cabin restoration series (the deal).
- Imamu’s Husbento videos.
- Maigomika’s updates.
